(More customer reviews)I purchased 2, one of them didn't even made it to 7 months of use, by a 120lb female. There's a plastic part between the base and the shaft. This part fell down and is getting grinded with every swivel, producing black plastic shavings. The supposedly "limited" warranty, means YOU GET NO WARRANTY AT ALL, that's what the vendor basically told me. If I were you I would buy a cheaper barstool, that way when it breaks, you don't feel like an idiot for spending so much on a piece of junk.
