(More customer reviews)As I see this online product I purchased, Mac Motion Leather Recliner, touting "Saddle Leather", as displayed and described, as supple saddle "top-grade leather" I sit here looking at my just delivered Mac Motion Chair....and as I pull the pieces out of the box, I grimace and think to myself....."Leather??", this is vinyl Pleather at best, no leather smell, vinyl feel.....I examine it closer, the zip covers pulled backed reveal man-made pleather and the filling is so cheap, I am so dissapointed.....Tell me I am wrong, but this is just plain cheap. (More customer reviews)I was looking for a chair with Aeron qualities at an affordable price, so of course, the Space Air Grid was an obvious choice. The chair was very easy to assemble, and the parts are of overall high quality. The casters worked great on my medium pile carpet and the design should blend in well with any modern workspace. However, the medium sized chair (standard size) is big. It is more like a size C Aeron chair (the largest size), and not a size B (the normal size). I am 5' 7" 150 lbs and it felt too large for me. It also did not go low enough for my feet to be flat on the ground. This is important to not only relieve pressure from your thighs, but to help maintain proper posture. There is also a fair amount of movement even when the adjustable back is set to the 'non moving' position. After an hour or so I found myself squirming in the chair.
I debated getting a foot rest and keeping the chair, but with my desk setup, it would not be practical to get one. If I was just able to lower it down an inch or so more, I would have given it near 5 stars for quality and price, but alas, it is just "okay."
I returned the chair and ended up purchasing an Aeron Size B Basic chair, the difference is like night and day. When you sit in the Aeron the chair adjusts itself to your body. Your back is instantly supported and the pressure seems to disappear. Yes, they are expensive, but if you sit at a desk for the greater portion of the day - it is worth it's weight in gold (and it weighs around 45 lbs!)

(More customer reviews)What a great massage chair Human Touch has designed. My husband and I bought ours back in 2007 and are still enjoying it. The calf massager really gets the knots out, and the back massager has three different programmed settings, all of which I use, often one right after the other for a total of 45 minutes. I'm jello by the time it's done.
A minor quibble: The arm rests slope to such an extent that they're a bit uncomfortable for my wrists and hands.
The foot massager/ottoman died just shy of three years after we bought the chair, which was disappointing and the reason I only gave four stars instead of five. Something this expensive should work for longer than three years. However, we were able to get the chair fixed (the part shipped from China, took three months to arrive, and was the wrong color but that's another story). This is one of the few times I recommend getting a warranty.
If you can find an HT-270 for a good price, I recommend buying it. Otherwise, check out the other, newer massage chairs by Human Touch. The technology is only getting better.

When I was moving I need a chair and I wanted one that would swivel and when I saw this I new it was what i wanted. It would have been nice in a different color but it really does the trick and doe various form of massage or you can select the type you want and even where you want it. The other nice thing is the foot massager will plug into it so you only need to use 1 wall socket and there is a main power off switch if you are going to be away. When people come to visit and they see it I think they kind of roll their eyes and then once they try it they are ready to get one themselves. Especially when they find out that it does not cost that much more then a regular recliner would.

The Bad:
1) Cheap fit and finish: The chrome trim that outlines the leather on the seat backs and seat is bubbled and where the two ends meet is a unfinished looking gap.
2) Heavy odor like mothballs for a week or so
3) Shipping was a problem and instead of receiving 2 chairs in one box, my order came with a chair missing from the box. Upon notifying the seller immediately I was asked to take pictures, grilled on shipping details and basically had the finger pointed at me for the incomplete
shipment I had received. In the end they sent me another chair but I was already a bit turned off.
Overall, my friends and I enjoy these chairs but you definitely get what you pay for.

Setup took a few minutes to insert all the bolts in the frame and arms, but it was simple enough. I hooked up the wireless transmitter to my LCD TV's Audio Output through a stereo splitter also used for my external speakers. Plugged in the chair, flipped the chair's wireless receiver switch to pick up the transmitter, turned it all on, and sat down. The sound is great, when you hear someone talk it's like they're right there with you. The vibration is a nice added feature, although you have to have the chair at a high volume to feel it. Long exposure to sound levels that activate the vibration can be a bit deafening, but honestly i'ts fun to rock out listening to a few tracks. Added ports are for headphones and a mp3 hookup which is nice; no delay was detected with wireless transmitter as well. I would recommend it to a friend.

It was defective since I opened it. The holes for the bolts don't match the hole in the chair's frame.
As a result I could not fasten the arms to the chair properly.
The chair stopped working after a few days.
There seemed to be a short in the electrical wiring. So we returned it and ordered a new one. This one had the same construction defects and after being stored for the last 3 months, I hooked it up to find that there is a short
causing the left speaker to cut out.
I will never again buy a product of this brand and I hope you don't either.

(More customer reviews)These stools look great, were well packaged and easy to put together. And a great price to boot! I chose these stools because the style and color match my dining room table perfectly. Also, since they are very shallow, I can push them under the counter and they stay out of the way. Our previous stools were more like chairs with backs, and they took up a lot of room and we were constantly shifting them to get by. (They were also too short for our bar-height counter, but that is another story...)
As one reviewer previously mentioned, when you are unpacking the contents of the box, be sure to look for the red dots on the legs. The legs of the stool are packaged two together - both legs with red dots are in the same bag. The red dots ensure that the holes for the cross bars are facing the right way. I was surprised at how small the box was. It comes with an allen wrench and a total of 12 screws. I think it took about 10-15 minutes to read the directions and put the first one together.
One thing I wish I had thought about was the "feet". We have dark wood floors which show every little scratch, and I should have bought some felt pads for these at the same time. For now, I taped some of the the soft packing material under the bottom of the legs :)

(More customer reviews)The stools arrived yesterday and putting them together was a "snap", literally. Although they were undamaged, the packing materials themselves were a pain to handle, small white broken-off styra-foam particles electostatically charged everywhere and sticking to everything. Now, to the stools themselves. They are lighter but look like the more expensive, heavier stools that I've seen locally. Their lightness is not really a disadvantage as they seem easy to move, yet stand stable when sitiing on them. What is ununusual is that they slightly drop when sitting on them, then rebound slightly up when you get off of them. I guess this is "normal" for them because, as of yet, this is not problematic. They are fairly comfortable to sit in for bar height laptop computer work, which I am utilizing them for, and for the price, are reasonable. Time will tell how well they hold up, especially the pneumatic height adjustment. It is also noteworthy that they arrived very quickly, within four days of my placing the order. Overall, although not perfect, this item is not bad.

High Back, no pneumatics, etc. But, this chair really changed my mind. It is stong and sturdy with great rollers, excellent pneumatics and good firm feel. It is not fancy with a lot of adjustments, but it is very well designed and executed. Highly Recommended, especially for larger people. Also, the delivery speed was excellent and the customer service was great. The assembly took about 30 minutes with help from another person.
