(More customer reviews)One of the chairs have a mechanical defect. The handle does not lock in the hydrolic cylinder at any height. The chair is useless. Can't put it together at all.
The other chair is perfectly fine.
I had tried to send emails though amazon.com to contact with the seller for an exchange or return but did not even get any respond so far.
I would not reccomend this chair to anyone!
This not the way to do business. If there is a defect, they should be exchanging the chair it or refund my money for return!
