(More customer reviews)I assembled the chair in about an hour and found that both side arms had inturnal screw fixtures the are not alined correctly, I can only install two out of the three scews on each side. I'v had this thing for about three months and I shold have saved my money. I sit in this chair everyday for about hour while sufing the net at home after work and the bottom chusion has lost it's shape already. The ribration modes lack the balls. My opinion, save your money and get something better constructed.
