(More customer reviews)These chairs are awesome! I was extremely pleased with the quality. The ONLY problem I am having is: Out of 16 casters one of them didn't fit. The company said they would send me a new caster but that was two weeks ago and I haven't received it yet. Can't use the 4th chair until I get the replacement caster so I hope that they expedite it to me soon.
